Woofin' and Hoofin' - Glenbard West High School

Woofin' and Hoofin' attacks issues of animal rights and social responsibility with fun, creative, and effective solutions. The goals of this venture are to find new homes for animals in shelters and raise awareness about socially responsible pet care companies. Woofin' and Hoofin' will start a dog rental program that will allow people to get to know animals that they may eventually adopt, and organize a 5k run to raise funds to renovate the local animal shelter. This venture seeks to create change on the local level, while also providing a model that can be used throughout the country.
