FlashConf 2008 and a cool link

Details are forthcoming, but essentially, it's a design conference were a bunch of students get together and do ideation and design for 8 hours a day for a weekend. There's a sponsor company or non-profit, who volunteers a problem that everyone puts their brains against. •What's the most important aspect to momentum? Excitement. Willingness to do what's not fun at the time because of future gain is absolutely essential.
•Leaders must rely on the enthusiasm of a team-- how do you build enthusiasm? Stir imaginations, have tangible deliverables, show progress and growth over time.
