In Their Shoes is committed to bringing awareness of poverty and conflict to Canadian adolescents through interactive and engaging presentations that emphasize global citizenship and respect for universal human rights. It accomplishes this by bringing presentations on poverty and conflict related subjects to classrooms with students between the ages of 13-18 while also offering follow up mechanisms for kids to get involved.
